Account and contact information
We collect the name, email address or phone number, business details, and sign-in records needed to create and protect an Inventix account. Email accounts require email verification. Phone ownership is not verified while SMS verification is disabled.
Workspace business records
Your workspace can contain products, stock movements, sales, purchases, payments, staff, customers, suppliers, and reports. These records are scoped to the workspace and stores whose work they support.
Billing and service providers
Subscription checkout and billing are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Transactional email is delivered through Amazon SES. Each provider handles the information required for its role under its own service terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use account, workspace, billing, support, and operational data to provide Inventix, secure access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, process subscriptions, and send service messages. We do not sell tenant business data.
Security, backups, and retention
We use HTTPS, workspace access controls, and encrypted backup archives. Retention depends on account status, billing records, support needs, security logs, backup cycles, and applicable legal obligations. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for those reasons.
Access, correction, and questions
Workspace owners can correct many account and business details in the product. For a privacy, access, correction, or deletion question, contact [email protected] with the workspace name and a safe description of the request. Do not include a password or recovery code.
