- Will the trial charge my card?
- No. Starting the trial does not create a subscription charge.
- Does annual billing include more features?
- No. Monthly and annual customers use the same Inventix product. Annual billing simply gives you two months free.
- Can I cancel a recurring renewal?
- Yes. Use the billing portal in your account to stop future renewal while retaining access through the paid period.
- Can Inventix take card payments from my customers?
- Inventix records how a customer paid. Direct payment processing is not currently included.
- Is there a native mobile app?
- Not yet. The current responsive web app works in phone, tablet, and desktop browsers.
