Manage your trial and subscription

Start with the trial

The signup form shows the selected plan's trial length and price. No payment card is required to start the trial. Trial access can end without a paid subscription; creating a trial does not itself authorise a card charge.

Subscribe and check access

1. Sign in at inventix.app and open your subscription from the dashboard.
2. Review the plan and billing period, then open checkout.
3. Complete the payment on Lemon Squeezy and return to Inventix.
4. Check subscription status and payment history before retrying an uncertain checkout.

A checkout success page alone is not proof that subscription access has activated. The payment must be confirmed. If it stays pending, contact support with the payment reference rather than purchasing repeatedly.

Cancellation and history

Use the billing portal linked from your account to manage supported subscription actions. Cancelling a recurring plan prevents future renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless the account is otherwise suspended.

Inventix offers the same current product capabilities with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. Review the exact price and renewal date at checkout. See refunds for subscription billing issues.

Keep shop payments separate

Payments your customers make for store purchases belong to your workspace sale records. Lemon Squeezy payments in your Inventix account are for the software subscription. They are different flows with different records.
