Protect your account and recover access

Use the right recovery path for email or phone-only signup.

Email accounts

Email ownership must be verified. Sign in using your email and password, then follow the verification link if requested. For a forgotten password, use Forgot password and follow the email instructions.

Check spam and confirm that you entered the same email used on your account. Never forward a reset or verification link to someone else.

Phone-only accounts

Phone/password signup remains available. SMS OTP is currently disabled, so phone numbers are not verified and SMS reset is unavailable. Select the correct country code when entering your number.

Save your recovery codes somewhere private and separate from the device you use to sign in. A recovery code restores access to the account; it does not prove ownership of the phone number.

Use a recovery code

  1. Open Recover account.
  2. Enter your sign-in contact and an unused recovery code.
  3. Choose a new password and complete the recovery form.
  4. Sign in and review account security.

Treat each recovery code like a password. A used code cannot be reused. If both the password and recovery codes are lost, contact support; do not expect a recovery bypass without an appropriate review.

Review account security

Open Account security while signed in. Review your contact details, change your password, replace recovery codes or revoke other sessions as needed. Regenerating codes replaces the previous set.

Never include a password, recovery code or reset link in a support screenshot.
